Suggestions serve as conversation starters, guide dialogue, and stimulate user action. They can auto-generate from the Knowledge Base, or you can create custom ones by deleting existing suggestions and selecting “Add a suggestion”.
You can easily manage the list of suggested questions your digital human offers.
- Below, you'll see the current list of questions being used.
- You can add new ones or remove existing ones at any time to keep the conversation fresh and relevant.
Click "+ Add" to include a new question that your audience might find helpful or interesting.
Turn this on if you want the questions to appear in a different order each time, so the experience feels more dynamic for returning users.
