Prompt customization

To see and change the prompt. Click (from the Dashboard) on the individual digital human and “Edit”


Then navigate to "Prompt Configuration" in the left sidebar
Knowledge Base Prompt:
The knowledge base prompt is designed to answer questions using the available knowledge base and is already optimized for best performance.
Before making any changes, please ensure it functions correctly for your needs.
If you wish to modify the prompt, please refer to the Knowledge Base Personality Prompt and Knowledge Base Specific Prompt guidelines for assistance.

This prompt needs to be changed. Please consult Open Dialogue Mode for details.
- Prompt Setup
- The screenshot shows a large text box on the right labeled “Persona Prompt.”
- This is where you define how the on-screen digital human (the AI avatar) should behave.
- Prompt Instructions
- The example prompt instructs the AI to:
- Act as a Digital Assistant
- Use a formal, business-focused tone
- Keep answers concise (up to around 40 words)
- Stay consistent and in character
- Function of the Prompt
- When the user interacts with the avatar (by typing or speaking), the AI checks the Persona Prompt first.
- Based on those instructions, it tailors its response to match the specified tone, style, and word limit.
- Outcome
- The avatar then delivers real-time replies that follow the guidelines set in the Persona Prompt.
- This ensures the digital human consistently behaves like a formal, concise business assistant.
