Knowledge Base Best Practices

  1. Clear Organization Use headings, subheadings, and a table of contents for easy navigation and updates.
  2. Consistent Formatting Maintain uniform fonts, titles, bullet points, and numbering for readability.
  3. Avoid Duplication Ensure each topic is covered only once to prevent redundancy.
  4. Periodic Updates Review and update regularly to maintain accuracy and avoid conflicting details.

Pronunciations may need to be changed for some voices.

Please note that if too many pronunciations are needed, then consider changing voice.

Click "Edit" button on the digital humans and then navigate to "Control Pronunciation"

When you want to ensure that specific words (such as your brand name or technical terms) are pronounced correctly, you can manually control how they are spoken. Follow this guide to adjust and verify pronunciations effectively.

  • Step 1: Click on "Add your first word +"
  • This opens a field where you can input the word you want to modify.

Adding Words to the Pronunciation List

  • Original Word: Enter the word you want to modify.
  • New Pronunciation: Write the phonetic or desired way the word should be pronounced.
    • Example:

Verifying Pronunciation
