Getting Started - Knowledge Base
Click "Create" in the menu.
Name: Enter the name you wish to give your Digital Human.
- Click on Browse and Open the Voice dropdown menu.
- Select your preferred Language and Accent from the list.
- Use the "Gender" button at the bottom left to toggle between male and female voices.

- Listen to samples of the available voices, focusing on cadence, tone, and clarity that best meet your needs.
Note: Some voices sound great in the previews, but when used in actual speech, they may sometimes mispronounce words or sound different.
- Select a Face: Choose a face from our diverse collection of Digital Humans, designed to cater to various sectors. Our library is constantly updated, so check back regularly for new additions
Optimizing Your Knowledge Base for Maximum Impact
Efficient Question-Answering The system extracts relevant details from documents to quickly provide answers. Ensure the Knowledge Base is well-structured, avoiding duplication or contradictions. For guidelines, refer to "Knowledge Base File Structure."
Click the File icon to upload your datasbase

Handling Upload Errors If you see "Upload File Processed with Error," re-export the PDF and try again.
Using a Text Processing Tool Create structured content with Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or similar tools for easy formatting and exporting.
Exporting to PDF If in doubt save the completed Knowledge Base as a PDF. Embedding images, graphics, or videos isn’t supported, but you can include URLs for reference.

- Clear Organization Use headings, subheadings, and a table of contents for easy navigation and updates.
- Consistent Formatting Maintain uniform fonts, titles, bullet points, and numbering for readability.
- Avoid Duplication Ensure each topic is covered only once to prevent redundancy.
- Periodic Updates Review and update regularly to maintain accuracy and avoid conflicting details.
The welcome message kicks off the conversation, setting a positive tone, guiding interactions, and encouraging engagement. It personalizes the experience, highlights key features, and establishes context.

Suggestions
Suggestions serve as conversation starters, guide dialogue, and stimulate user action. They can auto-generate from the Knowledge Base, or you can create custom ones by deleting existing suggestions and selecting “Add a suggestion”.

Pronunciations may need to be changed for some voices.
Please note that if too many pronunciations are needed, then consider changing voice.
Click "Edit" button on the digital humans and then navigate to "Control Pronunciation"
When you want to ensure that specific words (such as your brand name or technical terms) are pronounced correctly, you can manually control how they are spoken. Follow this guide to adjust and verify pronunciations effectively.
Adding Words to the Pronunciation List
- Step 1: Click on "Add your first word +"
- This opens a field where you can input the word you want to modify.

- Original Word: Enter the word you want to modify.
- New Pronunciation: Write the phonetic or desired way the word should be pronounced.
- Example:
- Original Word: "BrandName"
- New Pronunciation: "Bran-d Naym
Verifying Pronunciation
- Once the word is added and its pronunciation is written, click the Play button in the preview section.
- Listen to the playback to verify if the word is being pronounced as desired.
- If necessary, adjust the pronunciation until it sounds correct.
Save Your Changes
- After ensuring the word is pronounced correctly, save your changes to apply them throughout the system.
By following these steps, you can ensure that your brand name or any specific term is pronounced exactly as you intend.
