Suggestions serve as conversation starters, guide dialogue, and stimulate user action. They can auto-generate from the Knowledge Base, or you can create custom ones by deleting existing suggestions and selecting** “Add a suggestion”.**

### Update the Suggested Questions

You can easily manage the list of suggested questions your digital human offers.

- Below, you'll see the **current list** of questions being used.
- You can **add new ones** or **remove existing ones** at any time to keep the conversation fresh and relevant.

### Add a Suggested Question

Click **"+ Add"** to include a new question that your audience might find helpful or interesting.

### Display in Random Order

Turn this on if you want the questions to appear in a **different order each time**, so the experience feels more dynamic for returning users.
