**Integrations**

The Integrations section is where you connect your digital human to external services. By adding a Tool or an MCP Server, your digital human can go beyond answering questions, it can look up live data, send information to another system, or trigger actions in external platforms.

**Tools**

A Tool is a direct connection to one specific action or endpoint. Use this when you want the digital human to do something concrete — retrieve data, send a request, or kick off an automation such as an n8n workflow.

**MCP Servers**

An MCP Server is a connection to a server that hosts and exposes one or more tools. Use this when your tooling is managed externally and you want to connect the digital human to that server as a whole, rather than wiring up individual actions one at a time.

Before adding either integration type, verify that the endpoint URL, authentication method, and expected response format are correct. Misconfigured integrations will silently fail during conversations.
