How to Create a Welcome Message & Suggestions

Click "Create" from the menu or use the "Edit" button if the digital human has already been created and go to "Knowledge Base"

The welcome message kicks off the conversation, setting a positive tone, guiding interactions, and encouraging engagement. It personalizes the experience, highlights key features, and establishes context.





Suggestions

Suggestions serve as conversation starters, guide dialogue, and stimulate user action. They can auto-generate from the Knowledge Base, or you can create custom ones by deleting existing suggestions and selecting “Add a suggestion”.
